What is Health Coaching?
A health coach is your partner in implementing lifestyle changes to improve physical health. Health Coaches are experts in behavior change, health and motivation. They partner with you to support your actions plan and goals, in a client centered approach.
What is Personal Training?
A Personal Trainer will work with you to develop, plan and implement an exercise routine. They are professionals trained in safe and effective exercises.
1 month package 2 Zoom health Coaching sessions/month and 2 in person or on Zoom workouts/month – $600.00/month
3 month package – 2 Zoom health Coaching sessions/month and 2 in person or on Zoom workouts/month – $400.00/month
1 session $99.00 – 1 time strategy session to get you moving
Packages include 2 45 minute meeting/month to set and track goals and progress. All meetings for Health Coaching are held over Zoom.
1 month – $300.00/month
3 Months – $250.00/month
6 months – $200.00/month
1-1 training – $700 for 10 45 minute sessions, single sessions are $80.00/session
Small Group training (3 people minimum, 5 maximum) – $200.00/person for 10 -45 minute sessions, $25.00/person for a single 45 session
Online training – $550 for a 4 week session, included 1 workouts/week and 3 check-ins/week
Workout Plans – $200 includes a pre-plan assessment and a customized workout
*Workout Plan Check-in – $30/30 minutes, includes a form check and progression plan
Why do I need Health Coaching?
Health Coaches are a guide to help you make changes surrounding your physical health and wellbeing. A health coach works with you to develop a plan that works for you to improve all areas of your health. A health coach works with you and within your experiences to let you expertise in your life and what has worked, or not worked, for you help guide present plans.
What can a health coach help with?
The list includes but is not limited to: tobacco cessation, addiction, weight loss, diabetes management, improving diet and exercise, and adjusting to a life altering health event. Many times the skills you learn in dealing with a particular issue can help in many different areas of life.

A Personal Trainer can help you with workouts that reflect you areas of interest and goals. A Personal Trainer will help you stay motivated and accountable to your fitness goals. A Personal Trainer will help you with technique and form to make your workouts safer.
